Owners Bob & Kim Slinskey
The Clean Team, Inc. started out in 1991 with our founder and owner, Bob Slinskey. Bob started The Clean Team as a way to provide more income for his family. He worked a full-time day job while establishing the company in the evenings. Eventually, Bob realized that he needed to leave his day job and devote his full attention to The Clean Team. He worked many long nights with his wife Kim and other friends. He then began building our team by hiring others and helping to provide them with the same thing that he himself had started the company to obtain.
What was it that enabled Bob to create a small family owned and operated commercial cleaning company with a good reputation? It was his faith in God; attention to detail; positive, friendly attitude; and his ability to promptly address any client concerns with the quality of their cleaning.
We strive to provide a professional service to our clients and a great working environment for our employees. Our company thrives on being able to establish great communication between both our clients and our employees. We believe cleaning should be enjoyable and that we should take pride in our work.
Our company has expanded and has a number of positions in the northern regions of Allegheny county, but we are still a small family owned and run operation. In 2006, Bob's daughter Jess and her husband Andrew Janicki joined the management of The Clean Team and have helped add to the current structure of the company. Jess and Andrew have helped establish a team of committed employees, supervisors and management that look to continue to uphold the principles put in place during the companies founding back in 1991.
